LSA ProMeth Install Test Cont.

Welp, talking with Mark and taking Dave's suggestions, I've updated my fuel pressure desired settings:

The ones in Red are Marks adjustments (ZL1) and the Yellow is what Dave suggested I needed at a minimum (500 kPa is 72.5 PSI).

So, I'll program that and do another log tonight!

Gonna tweak the default to 72.5 PSI based on discussions with Mark. Should help.

Thanks for the help Mark and Dave!

LSA ProMeth Install Test Cont.

Well, this one is much better fuel wise -- I needed to tweak the settings for meth (doing 40% and 55% now on the AEM controller).

These settings:

Mostly Fixed the duty cycle and the fuel pressure (like to have duty cycle closer to 80%):

So, just need to set the Meth Range (done) and I'll put this back together (seat that is ;o)

Are you going to turn the meth down some, or take fuel away?

Good question... I can set the full on higher to see if that helps... Was really wanting more cooling effect...

May need to go smaller nozzles and go more water vs meth...

Experiments ;o)...

Could try taking out some maf in the meth zone first. A little less fuel. Unless you have intentions or possibilities that you may run out of meth

On street no, but on road course, I’d leave it where it’s at. I think you hit the right place for the street though. Sounds like a ‘play’ session ;o)

Maybe up timing a couple of degrees for street mode...

OK, rear seat is back in! I added a bit more deadening to get it ready:

Since its not easy to find, here are the bolts/nut torque specs:

With the seat fully in, its MUCH quieter -- I added about 4 1/2 sheets (9 lbs) so I'll test the sound out again....

This was a fun project and the ProMeth kit is awesome... Extreeeeeeeeemely impressed with it...
