I took the new Camaro out to the track last saturday it handles pretty well but seems slower though I didn't push it as it only has about 500 miles, I think the exrta weight of the vert and not having the rigidity of the roof is a minus but it sure is fun !!!

So will this be a meet solely for the old C5 group? I am all on board for starting up with Camaro5 again as I have missed the old faces...with that said I have also become friends with new people and think that having more around is what our goal was to begin with, right?

I think everyone is welcome, especially if they have a Camaro!!!

I think it's just that a lot of the "old" crowd was having a hard time making the Sat night stuff, so it's been a while that we've all been able to get out together.

Great to hear you had fun out at the track with the vert Howard. I'm really looking forward to getting back out there myself.

It sounds like we have some interest in the old C5 Meet and Greet....If someone can come up with another name for it...that would be great! My brain is really fried here at work and I can't think of anything right now.
I will start up a new thread and we will try to meet the first Sunday of the Month starting at 10...I know some of you will haul in around 11.
Audrey....in answer to your question....I think for now we will just post on C5 and keep it to the old crowd and see how it goes...some people miss the closeness of the old group. Yes the more Camaro's the better, but sometimes it can be too big that we loose the connection? Does that make sense to everyone??
