The reason why the yellow stripe. When he was restoring his 70, we wanted him to paint it PCP, but he wouldn't because that wasn't the original color. So when Pat bought his PCP he added the stripe to match. Kinda a family joke

:flag1: Good Morning All. On this Memorial Day, as I enjoy the holiday, I'll take break from today's festivities to remember the fallen, and to also thank veterans and all the men and women currently serving in the military and their families for their sacrifice.

Sadly, after the series went off the air, she got run down by a hit and run driver. (It's almost a weekly occurrence around here.) She survived, but never really recovered.

So Ruth Ann was a real local? What a shame about the accident.

Not sure where I picked up 'ration of crap' from... maybe it leaked across the Canadian boarder into MN back when I used to llive there.

Great pics. But where are the ones of your hard garden work?

I will snap a few pictures of the garden work today and post them up later. Its supposed to be 90 here today so I think I may just vacumn the pool and hang out in it today if the water is warm enough.

I love Meguire's tire gel. It is not overly shiny, looks good & smells like grape bubblegum! A few times at car shows I had folks walking around my car say "Man, this car smells good". LOL

Great pics. But where are the ones of your hard garden work?

Had the last week off. Golfed 7 different courses with 2 friends. Today is the last one. I have tomorrow off to recuperate and then back to work. A much needed stress break.
The weather has been glorious and I am able to drive my vert top down everywhere.

Wow!!! Gary and Maggie. Great photos. I like seeing American Muscle side by side.Very nice.

'Ration of cxxp'? Been hearing that for years. It has gotten shortened the last few years to just 'ration'. Example --> I'll try to give you guys a full 'ration' when we get to WCOFF!

I saw one of those little BMW's the one time I was in Europe. It was right up on someone's lawn with high grass and weeds growing around it. I thought it was a planter box till somebody pointed out the tiny little tires!

Hmmm, golf. Is that where you gather bird's eggs and whack at 'em with a stick?
(see? I'm trying to give willhe64 a 'ration'. )

Been raining here. Except it looks like it might be fair weather today.

Hey, a question for the fellas in the group, since the ladies don't usually put their car keys in their pants pocket. Do you guys have the problem that I have? When I go out to the garage the trunk of my Camaro is usually open. I surmise that as I bend and stoop and sit and otherwise press on the keys in my pocket I somehow press the trunk-open button on the Camaro key fob. Anyone else? It's not a big problem but I'm curious.

I have seen a lot of threads about that. It could become a big problem if it happens while you're out shopping, or if the trunk light drains your battery. You need to get a man-purse for your keys, Jay

I haven't experienced this yet, but I have left the trunk open and noticed the light turns off like it's on a timer. Maybe about 10 minutes?

Bwahahaha. No way, no how!!!!!! But, seriously. You'd have to be shopping pretty close to your car to have it happen while you are shopping. I generally park Lightnig out way out away from the stores so I'm not amoungst the door dinging knuckleheads that park up close to the stores.

Yup, my light turns off properly too so I've never depleted the battery. It's just a bit annoying. I've even sat down on the couch and had the panic alarm start the honking horn nonsense. But that only happens rarely.
