2011 Camaro -- what do you want in it?

-Navigation like in the corvette
-Make mail slot functional or remove, it's kind of disappointing
-I would like red stripe and interior options instead of inferno orange, it may
close to some but quite different to me atleast
-Sportier spoiler
-Reduced weight would be nice if possible without raising price too much,
the camaro should outrun the mustang better than it does with the hp and tq
difference that there is, but i know there needs to be a close enough competition
-The LS option seems kinda pointless, i know its to stay cheap but still...
-CONVERTIBLE!!!
-I know he said don't mention it but Z28!!!!!!!
I don't know how valid my input is since i won't be ordering mine until may, but this is what i want and there may be a few more things i could think. Don't get me wrong the Camaro is AWESOME!! but still a few things could be tweaked. Keep up the good work

1. LS7 option. Ah what the hell, LS9. I want the Star Trek "warp" effect when I floor the accelerator. I want my cheeks pulled back with g's.

2. HUD with Navigation! That would be the cat's meow.

3. Rearview camera display or sensor (my wife just dinged the damn bumper! )

4. Smaller rearview mirror (better yet, non-OnStar version). OnStar == evil

5. JL Audio upgrade option (speakers, amp and sub) :updown:

6. Definitely push to start

Figure out how to get rid of about 300 lbs.

Relocate the hood latch mechanism and make the mail slot a true cold air intake.

Redesign the rear view mirror so that it doesn't obstruct forward vision.

Redesign or paint the bulging gerry can mufflers under the car so they don't look so bad.

SS badges on the front, sides and rear instead of the bowties for the SS models.

The Heritage Grill should be standard on SS models.

The afterburner tail lights like the concept car should be standard on the SS.

OnStar should be optional.

iPod/iPhone connectivity should be standard on all models.

If I wanted my computer and home theater in my car I would by the CTS-V.

All I need is the following

LS9
Stronger rear differential
Lightened up by 400lbs
Stronger sway bars
Funtional l-88 hood
Blade style spoiler
Different front seats
And a fuel filler that doesn't look like an after thought(go back to the concept)

T-tops would be nice but make it a one piece removable roof panel(not glass) with a center support. T-top look with it off but solid roof look with it on. I love T-tops but I also love the current roof.

If the 2010 had HUD, I'd buy one right now. Hopefully they'll add one or more of these so I can get one next year:

A better navi system! More ambient threater style lighting, and floor lighting, I don't want it to look like a disco tech but I know the mustang has alot of ambient lighting and I kinda liked it. Also I would like more touch screen options even a touch to start system. I don't mind the switch blade key style only because I have the excuse that like the ol' school cars of having to crank the car on, instead of touch a girly little button. But, GM says they are making an ol' school car for the modern driver so, that means latest technology is required. Also more customizable options through GM, like the bowties, the grill, more wheel options, somewhat like the Scions offer when it comes to customizing through the makers. I know its not a toy but it helps us individualize our cars more.

If you want ALL WHEEL DRIVE buy a Subaru.... It's hard enough trying to keep the muscle cars alive we don't need to give the white collar boys at GM a reason to turn the Camaro into a hatch back cross-over rally wanna-be eurotrash car.

You know what i never notcied that. I have it in my truck, duel zone climate control. you would be surprised how much you wont actually use it. I paid for it and i have used it maybe 4 times in over a year.

HOWEVER it is really nice to have the auto climate control with the remote starter. AC cools my truck down in the summer and heats it up in the winter befire i get into it. That would be a nice touch.

i use it all the time when the wife is bitchy....i have to heat her side or she will freeze the fuel lines and make us walk!

Definetly needs an interior upgrade, Passanger side is too bland. Also a Z28 please!

1. leather seat option on 1SS
2. C & C option on 1SS
3. climate control

if I have to find one more sunroof that goes into car instead of above that's no biggie though.
