concrete approaches also poured.

22 yards of mix... 4in thick. 2 rolls of steel mesh
a 30x43 and a 9x20

I think I will be trying some concrete stain on this.. i want it to look different.

On the back approach i think i want to mask off an outline of Michigan and use a couple different stain colors to make it look like a map or something . haha

Man, this House/shop is awesome... I got a question...

Did you by chance do a drain area in the shop, and install a hose bib inside... for washing the car/s in the winter...

We had those in the fire stations I worked in...

I know it may be a little late... BUT, you do have a friend that is a FOAM insulation dealer... matter of fact, his foam has the highest fire rating in the industry (class A) and it's a green product made of soy bean oil!!!

if you are still interested, give me a pm... I can maybe help ya out!

Yes. There is a drain. And it will have inside running water. Hot water at that.
Not that any of my cars will see winter. Lol.

Should be about 4 bays in there.

Ummmm. NO!

I've been battling some high quotes.

Thinking about doing the downstairs in batting.
Then doing an envelope around the upstairs loft in foam

Let's chat.

started a little landscaping this weekend. Went out to my uncles and used the backhoe (same backhoe from earlier pics used to knock down trees)(nice to have one at your disposal, lol) to load up some of the black dirt out of his horse pen... it did come with some fresh nuggets too. haha

Turns out that shit is heavy though... our snowmobile trailer could only handle 2 buckets full.. put on three and almost blew the tires. then had to take off the third.

layed down about 2 inches of this mix along the driveway, spread some Old English grass seed out, hope it comes in nicely.

also have 2 small willow trees planted... these saplings came from a willow tree my dad grew off of offshoots my Grandpa's tree years ago... pretty sweet getting to keep it in the family like that.
