Update?? Talked to Tracy last night. They were supposed to tear down yesterday and a couple of tech called in sick. They are starting today. Cam only install should be done fairly quick - tuning might take 2 or 3 days. Both Tracy and I are 100% in agreement the tune will be dead on so the cams only get the best opportunity to show what they are capable of.

Our LLT is rated at 280HP(210KW) but the 6.2ltr V8 is rated at 360HP (270KW) stock. The fella that has done the cam install on the LLT also drives a TT version of this V8 monster. I believe the only other mods Mick has done to his LLT are a 6mm MACE IM spacer, headers and an OTR CAI. He hasn't ported the IM or head as far as I'm aware.

Our Commodores don't look as sharp as the Camaro...more of a family orientation but for what it is worth here is a couple of pics. Soz Yellow_Glide not wanting to sabotage your thread.

Thanks mate.

As Jarp said the LLT here is 280HP(210KW) but my engine the LY7 is a bit less. 195KW which is around 260HP I think.

Thanks for sharing guys I love those Commodores. Almost bought a G8 because they are so much alike. Can't wait to see the numbers from the Commodore and the Camaro.

i would love to have an imported Commodore, i just love the look of them and although the g8 is essentially the same, i like the stylying of the commodores front end more. Jarp is that a stock SIDI badge on your front fenders? do you have a close up shot of that? thanks and sorry yellowglide lol
