I am buying these from someone and have a few questions. I am confused about the high flow cats and stuff. I can get those too at a good price but if I understand this right I cant use those and headers? What other parts will I need to have them installed?

The part you linked to is the headers only so I assume that is what you are buying. Between the headers and the beginning of the cat back is a connection pipe. That can be high flow cars or cat deletes/off road pipes. You have to get the proper parts though. Solo high flow cats will not work because they are designed to be used with stock manifolds or shorty headers. If you get everything that came with the headers you do not need anything else but since you are buying these second hand there is no way to know.

so if all i am getting is the headers, what else would i need to buy.
(The drivers side header has an extra 02 sensor bung in it, so if you dont run a wideband 02, you will need to put a threaded plug in it) what does this mean?

At a minimum you need either cat delete/off road connections or a set of high flow cats. Without knowing if the seller is including all the hardware, harnesses, clamps, etc that is all we know for sure.
