Working on VIP for the club tomorrow, probably too late though. Also, the list is on the calendar. That is where it will be updated. With around 15 of us there is no room at Byrne Dairy. The only other place I see close is the Best Western just north of fairgrounds, but that will cause us to turn left onto State Fair leaving. Not sure what traffic is like there at 5-6. Or we could just meet at Wegmans like Hujass suggested. Looks pretty easy. Again, traffic getting in and out. Or we could just meet at event. Any other suggestions?

It's a right coming out of Wegmans onto W. Genesee St. with a light.
Then a left onto 695 with a left arrow light.
Then highway for a minute or two.
A right exit.
Then a right turn from the offramp onto State Fair Blvd with a light.
Finally a left hand turn into Fairgrounds at Gate 2 (assuming they'll be letting us in at Gate 2). There's no light there but traffic typically isn't bad on State Fair Blvd.

Don't like that forecast try a different station, lol. Channel 3 says Syr partly cloudy. Rain north. Besides, it's not a British car, a little rain won't hurt it.

Looks like we can show up when we want. That said, a meeting time needs to be determined. I'm thinking Wegmans at 5:00 for anyone who can make it that early. Pull out at 5:15. Otherwise, meet at the event. Thoughts?

The email you saw was from a dealership sent to their customer so your assumption was correct. If you and members of your club are interested in being included in VIP access you are more than welcome to. There isn’t a registration or tickets you need to obtain in order to participate. If anybody asks you can tell them that Chevrolet Marketing/PR invited you. Also, even though the invite says 5 PM I would recommend showing up a little earlier so you can obtain a parking space.

The feel of the event is meant to be like a car show… arrive, park, hang out then take part in some of the activities that will be happening throughout the evening.

Mark, I'm good with Prebble @430. Construction isnt bad on 281, they are all on side of road working that area to widen it. Drive it almost daily, maybe a minute longer at the most ever. Sometime its quicker than before construction since many are avoiding it!
