Well unfortunately the Camaro isn't going to be done in time for Opening weekend:/ This was the state of it as of yesterday.

You didn't really expect it to be done that quick? Long as they have those parts off. If your not going to be in the way. Now is the time to detail all those under sections.

well he said 7-10 days and that was 9 days ago. I didn't expect it to be done but was trying to be optimistic that I would make it to the Glen. I'd rather have it done correctly than quickly so no rush now. He is also PDR'ing a few dents for me for free so

Initially I thought the problem with the paint on the front of my car was the primer. Turns out the paint the previous owner had done was the wrong color!!!

Here is the GM 2010 Camaro Synergy Green.


And here is the Color the previous painter tried to blend GM 2010 Chevy Spark Green Apple

Holy crap I'm 2 feet from the screen & wear Tri-focules & I can see the difference. Somebody didn't look in the trunk for the right paint code.
Are you going to be able to ride down with someone tomorrow? Is that a Corvette on the other side of your car with a roof viser?

Probably not.

That is a very dusty corvette next to my car with the words "FINISH ME" written in dust on the windshield lol. I think the "visor" is just some cardboard

Too many things conspiring against me to make it.
Cars are not on the road yet. Busy working on the house I bought this past fall.
Plus, my good cars are freshly insured with a classic car/special interest car insurance company and they forbid the cars insured with them to roll one tire onto a race track.

So for those reasons, I'm out.

Nope no clue. Hopefully that really was the problem, looks like it will be. Won't be able to get enough time behind the seat to see if it is fixed so doesn't look like I'll be making the Glen tomorrow.
