Park City sits around 6500ft in elevation. It will snow up there off and on until May. I'd take your Avalanche.

The Drive of Plagues

Ok this is entertainment at it's best:
I'm in Vegas for soccer. The drive down here was nuts! I toyed with the idea of driving the Camaro. So glad I took the Tahoe!
1. I made it to Draper before I had to get coffee (pathetic)
2. My speedometer broke at point of the mountain. It read that I was going 130 mph.
3. At Santaquin a Highway Patrol car got on. I paced with him & set the cruise control to have an idea of speed. Then I had to use RPM as a measure.
4. Holy freaking rain! It was coming down in sheets. At this point I was only going 110 according to the malfunction.
5. Then snow
6. Then wind. Like blow your car around kind. I guess they closed the Vegas airport 50 mph winds.
7. Then tumble weeds
8. More rain...
9. Dodged a lawn chair in the road
10. Dodged another large object that was yellow, white & brown with buttons. No idea what it was, other than a large stuffed animal.
11. More wind & dust & debris.

I was waiting for locusts next!

Maybe #10 was sitting in #9 at some point in time

I have been trying to come up with a personalized plate. This morning I am driving down the road and Black Betty by Ram Jam comes on the radio and it hits me. I have heard that song more since I got the car a month ago than the previous 3 years. Off to the DMV web sight, search for BLKBETY, its taken

That's funny, I wanted that exact same plate for my Black HHR SS. In fact that's the HHR's name. "Black Betty"

Here are some of the plates I thought of but didn't use before I went with "SUPRBAD":

CAMAROH
CAMARO5
SSMOKIN
BTCHNSS
ANTIVNM
RADRLUV
HYOFICR
1BADSS
GEN5SS

In my opinion once you get tagged with Lazer you're done. I don't even bother. I use my Jedi Mind Skills to evade the Po-Po.

Seriously how much do you want to spend?

Oh, wasn't that bad, at least in Utah...

I'm down in Page Arizona right now, with my car...
I guess some parts were pretty tricky though...
Yes, like the blowing wind,
And the sheets of rain,
And the snow,
then the deer crossing the road...
It was a fun, white knuckled journey, for sure!

At least I can now say I have driven my car in the snow!

I'm a fan of Cobra's. Thats what I use now, and I've had 3 in the past.
They're cheap, yet work decent. Get false alarms, but they work, and mine has saved me on several occasions...

I mean I never speed, so I don't use one!
