yes, but sometimes they are just so out of the loop that I don't believe them

If you are that worried, you can go to the dealership and they can actually show you how many 2012 allocations they have via their web based system (I forget what they call it). My dealer showed me this when I first ordered in Oct.

He does come to the Austin Show sometimes so we'll have to get a big ole Texas size caravan and make that one... The Houston show is full of Mustangs and nothing to see...

I agree about the Houston Auto Show. I didn't want to bag on it after I said I wished they would come one day. I have never gone to the Austin Show. When is it?

May 18-20... I first met Fbod there back in 2009, they did a special early event for the Camaro folks. John Fitspatrick was there also and gave a nice talk on the car. Most of us had not seen the 5th Gen yet. Hopefully he can make it this year...

I know what you mean about bagging our show. I did get a good look at the CTSV Coupe, the Volt and decided on a Tahoe after going there. It serves a good purpoose but the Mustangs really do put together a nice corral of cars every year.

The front fascias are just ugly, they are from pre production 2008-2009. So much more could have been done to make it stand out. C'mon guys your designers could have done better....gm is making a profit now so no need to be digging in the 2008 parts bin.

Is the ZL1 gonna be forever on "allocation" (ie limited edition) and if not, when is it gonna be available for anyone wanting one without having to be on a wait list?
