unfortunately, that will never happen in the numbers that it needs to in order to work.

similar thing with the "no child left behind" that they instituted years back. now schools have had to lower testing standards cus these lazy ass-hat kids and parents wont buckle down and stick to the books.

I must be getting old
When I see " I am 16 and getting a Camaro SS" I have to say I question the sanity of your folks

Just please be sure to engage your brain before engaging gear - you can not only destroy your own life but those of other people in a moments carelessness when you have over 360hp at your rear wheels.

Hopefully you have been driving other cars for some time and have developed some instincts - but I have to say I am more worried than impressed when I read this.

Well, if someone that lives in that area would go to the police station and pull the police report, that would answer everything.
Aren't police reports open to the public?
I agree with many here, something is not right with this story.

Seriously bro, even at 18 I know I'm not nearly as experienced as ALOT of people, and that's after a driver improvement class and an advanced driving course. The "age thing" isn't stupid; what's stupid is these 16 year olds getting 426 hp V8s and thinking they're the best drivers in the world. What's stupid are 16 year olds that cause accidents and then realize they're shitty drivers. Kids suck at driving, get over it.
The other problem is that most 16 year olds (I said MOST there) have never known anyone their age who was killed or died from a disease or anything like that and they have not yet developed any sense of mortality. It's just a plain fact that they think that they can do stupid things and won't get hurt.

I was once 16 and I remember what it was like.

Once people around me started getting hurt or killed then suddenly things took on a new perspective.

I think you'll be allright if you keep in mind that you're not superman in the car and also be aware that most other drivers don't know what the car is capable of and they will put themselves at risk by attempting moves not expecting what you are doing. This is true with any performance car like Camaro.

I have a story worse than that. There was a guy who works at chevy dealer in colorado.Who had a 66 Camaro a 68 Camaro and and 66 Bel Aire and a 2010 camaro it was 2 days old and his garage burned them all. the 66 was fully restored and the 68 was also. Now if he wants a new camaro it will cost him like 10,000 over msrp. He is getting like 350,000 from insurance. But i would be devastated.
