2001 ws6, 40k miles, Ls3 416 stroker, short block built by PER the rest by me. LPE Ls3 heads milled to 12-1 comp, FAST 102, NW 102, kooks 2", dual DMH cutouts, Magnaflow C/B, BTR cam + springs. Full UMI suspension.

I just used whatever fit the best the black one was way too loose lol and I just wish it wasn't my hardship but oh well now I'm doing it right ha although I never did it wrong it was all on my tuner that my engine blew lol but I'm not pointing fingers my new build should be a lot better!!

thanks guys!! ok so ive gotten it all apart now and ill go ahead and install the GREEN O-Ring and hopefully that works.
Ill also take it apart like FosterSS mentioned in that thread that Zeke posted.

Be back with an update soon! then ill go ahead and post some more pictures of it running this time

Hold on does it matter that you were and L99 to LS3 swap Nightmare? would that make your pickup tube different? Because mine didnt have a little grove for the O-Ring, it was just smooth.

I did the ls3 conversion and no pick up tube was included so I doubt it differs.

It's no different Solomon. Keep on keepin on. And yes... taking the pump apart to install it should help you see what you're doing.
