Just do a fuse pull. I've done that before. It wasn't a big deal.

Cant you just disconnect the negative battery cable for 15 minutes. My car went into limp mode for another reason and did this and it cleared codes and drove fine.

Go pull the fuses! Your car is gonna feel like you don't like it if you don't show it some love and attention. Just pull them for a couple minutes and see where it lands you.

5 & 20? I pulled those when I was in the store for 20 mins today and it was still doing it.

20 minutes won't do the trick. You have to do it overnight. Internal battery is still working so it won't reset Octane table.
