Arrgh. No TPW yet. so I am still at 3300. She was very nice even gave a case number and told me I could call back anytime to check the status. She did mention they would prefer I go through the dealer.

I tried to open it... didnt work, but when I just now selected save my computer d/led the file... Thanks!

Sorry. :( But since I went 2500 on the 14th, I guess I'm in the same stalled boat. Haven't even called for an update since, figuring why? Maybe some new speculation would cheer us all up.

I called that 800 number too and suprisingly the lady was very nice. I still havent found out my order number, so she called the dealer. Manager wasnt there to give her the order number so so told me she will call them back tomorrow, get the number, then call and see what the status is on my autobot! SAWEET awesome job chevy customer service!

I wouldn't recommend doing this. It will probably annoy your dealer that instead of you calling them directly for the info, you called and "whined" to customer support to get them to do it.
