Thanks! At least 2 months. Limited on how much I can lift.

Still sore but, gets better with each day...

Who did your powder coating?

I need my CTSV fronts done along with the SS rears.

BTW, I'm in TN too.

6th Gen Radius Control Arm

Well, recovery is going well and, with time on my hands, I've taken a queue from Geoff (h018871) and will be going with the 6th gen's radius rods -- with a twist:

https://www.rdpstore.com/p-8457-2016...ont-bk070.aspx

Arms are SS not 1LE's...

I'm going to go with the M12 bolts vs M14 due to the difference in mass weight of the arm and, I plan on using 6061 aluminum to create "plateau's" to take up the spacing. I'll do a similar washer much like Geoff did to set the center for the radius rod.

To make this work, I'm using a stepdown reducer/spacer:

https://www.ballisticfabrication.com...reducer-spacer

Parts ordered so as soon as they get here, I'll start working out all of this.

Getting 8° of Caster will be nice and, Spherical bearings!

Ugh, FedEx delivered my arms to the wrong place — and they had to be signed for! No idea how that happens but, waiting for them to fix it.

When/if I get them, I’m sure gonna make sure they’re right!

FedEx was able to find the package. It was opened and the packing was gone but, at least it's here. Now, waiting on the next set of parts/bushings and install time!

Well all I need now are the bushings and the bolts! The other parts came in (brake air deflectors and screws). Can’t wait to see how this works out...

Finally got to drive again - last night and tonight! Feels weird with the pacemaker for sure. Trans is something— shifting is so much more crisp. Have not tested stall speed, pretty happy with the 6L90 torque converter though. Throttle transition is way smoother and I’ve noticed no hesitation.

Will log later to see if the new tune/trans takes care of that small fuel pressure drop...

Still waiting to know if my bushings shipped (Been almost a week since ordered). I have everything but those and would like to take advantage of the days where I have a break.

May have to start asking if things are available for shipping before I order. I don’t mind delays if I know ahead of time - I can plan around that...

With all that’s going on, it gets difficult for me to waste time ;o)

Hope to have them early so I can get the bushings pressed in. Don’t want to have to buy a 20 ton press...

BMR contacted me to let me know they are out of stock as of right now -- hope to find out when they'll be back in.

Still waiting on C7 Carbon to let me know when I'll get my wing -- I'm hoping they'll have it soon -- If not, I do have a backup plan but still, really want to get this project done soon... the perils of being an early adopter ;o)

So, those are the joys of modding....
