That is a sweet AR! My next two AR's will probably be BCM and Wilson.

So my best friend just picked up a Bohica MKIII/Thompson Arms .50BMG single shot bolt action. I have no idea why, or where he is going to shoot it, but he has one. The guy also gave him 100 rounds of ammo in the deal. It's ridiculous. I kept one bullet as a paperweight/show piece.

Looks like the US appeals court has struck down Illinois' concealed carry ban.
Illinois now has 180 days to put its version of CC into law. We'll see haw bad the "Land of Corruption 'er Lincoln" lawmakers can F this up. |

Personally I avoid Walther's like they are a plague. Every Walther I have owned, and everyone I know that has ever owned a Walther, had to be modded in order for it to function semi-reliably. There is just something I don't like about having to work on a gun for 2-3 days after buying it just to get it to function half as good as guns that run $100-$200 less.

I avoid ALL Walther's. We just had so much bad luck with them and know so many people who have as well to take the risk. And they all was supposedly "top notch" pistols.
It's the same with Taurus's. Over the years we have owned almost 20 Taurus pistols and semi-auto's. Every single one we had had issues and had to be sent back and repaired under warranty. Just last year we had to send my mom's Taurus back to the manufacturer 3 times within a 6 month period. After we got it back the 3rd time we immediately traded it in on a S&W and completely swore off Taurus. |

I have a Walther P22 that I shoot the hell out of and have never had any issues out of it. Thinking about getting a suppressor for it.
