ok cool thanks. I got my order nuber today too finally but i still dont know how to find out the status of the car!! help?

You need to call your dealer to look up the event code. Your 6-digit alphanumeric code is something dealers use to track your vehicle.

Ask your dealer for the event code.

Just got back from the dealership. They have a yellow V6 vin was 3402. its their car for the unveiling. why do none of these vins show up on the tracking page?

They were all ordered under a code that doesn't allow anyone but GM to track them. They thought that if the dealers knew what they were getting in advance they would have too many requests to change them and if they let the dealers order them under their own order system there would be too many screw ups and/or confusion.
