Great news everybody. My buddy with the Neon is going to join us at the Glen again.

Haha! Except now the Neon is gone and he has a supercharged V6 Crossfire. Shouldn't have a problem keeping up this time.

But does he have brakes this time? As I recall going wasn't a problem, stopping was.

Stuff happens man. Life goes on. It's the chance you take when you track your car. I've run out of talent once in Turn 7 at WGI in the rain and been in the wrong place at the wrong time once since I started tracking. It just becomes an expensive lesson to learn.
The appraiser wrote mine as replace wheels and tires on the right side. Tires didn't need replacing and body shop repaired the 1LE wheels. He did such a good job on the wheels I couldn't tell they had been repaired. The appraiser felt because it was a track car that anything that was damaged should be replaced. Insurance company wrote the check for the appraiser's total minus deductible. Body Shop did work for less than the appraised total. Track Insurance Company didn't follow up on final repair cost.
