Also I talked to the winery about reserving the place. They said it takes 50 ppl and they would still need to stay open for walk in wine sales. Also, its $50 per couple. it includes cook your own steak, chicken of fish, 3 sides, salad, dessert and a bottle of $13 or less wine. Added wine is obviously available for cost.

I am going to try to put a gathering together there this spring/summer but will get with you and Darrell to try to pick the best time since they want to come up. Any times no good for you?
This sounds like a great time. We are in whenever it is planned for.

I am whittling aways at our mods here in the garage when I am home. Home for 7 days this time... then off to Moody AFB (Georgia). Just a stroll up the road from Valdosta... can't wiat for the fest.

I saw it a few days ago. If that's the only car they have its not a choice. But you'd still have to be crazy to drive a new car in weather like this.

Anyone planning on going to the Columbus Auto Show? I have my last final Wednesday night so I'll be heading to the show on Thursday morning and heading home afterwards.

1st Photos installed

OK, well I got to installing the new Goodridge G-Stop Stainless Brake Lines, Brake Performance Slotted & Dimpled Rotors, RJT Painted Calipers and the Hawk Ceramic Pads.

I will take better pictures when it is cleaned up and out in sunlight vs the flash.

I still think it is coming along well.

Wow. 1 RD JEWL...You've got me thinking after I saw your caliper/brake work.

Going for a cat-back and CAI in April,...after the snow goes away. Thanks for the pix

In reference to J's email...

Others can learn from my mistake. I woke up at like 2 AM this morning wondering if the image I was dreaming of was realy the way I placed the rotors on teh car.

YES it was. They wer not labeled but the slots are pointing teh wrong way...

I will be adding a 1.5 hours to my schedule tonight to switch the two front rotors areound.

Here is an update for anyone thats wondering. I got to drive my car for the first time with the muffler delete.

Here is my emoticon review of my muffler delete....

START UP: - it really roars to life when you turn the key

IDLE: - nice throaty rumble and you can really hear the lope of the LS3. Not overly refined though

ACCELERATION: - sounds perfect when you accelerate.

DECELERATION: I love the decel pop but this sounds like jiffy pop popcorn. It is really chrisp and not refined at all. Nothing like the Borla was on the C6 (not that I was expecting that $1200 for Borla -vs- $8 for the muffler delete)

CRUISING: The drone at 60 in 6th SUCKS! I find myself gear hunting to find a way to get rid of it... or I just mashed the gas and listened to the acceleration sounds!

COST:

OVERALL SOUND:

FINAL REVIEW (as in will I keep it):
