I picked this up from an awesome C5 member over the winter and finally finished the install! I polished the grill and powder coated it to match the car before putting it in.

Where did you order the hood lift support from? Im need one for my 2010, the original finally died like 2 weeks ago

I put new ones on a couple years ago. Don't recall where I got them but they are easy to find. An install tip, IIRC the clips don't need to be fully off to unclip them. They will FLY to a place to hide if you fully unclip. Try not to or e.g. use a rag to contain them as you unclip. My new struts clips were too stiff and damn hard to install so I finally gave up and reused my old OEM clips which worked much better.

Thanks for the tips. I know the clips can be a pain, dealt with it a few weeks ago when I swapped the old strut to my new hood.
