So I really thought I had the weak MAF. I have what seems to be a rough idle, but only sometimes. Usually when warm. Did the fuse pull, and it seemed to help with response, but the rough idle is still there. My MAF is K14, ie Strong. What to look for next. I have a CAI and scoop coming from Apex, and hope I can solve it before installing the new cold air intake. Car only has 1300 km on the odometer.

These cars tend to do that. It is pretty common.

You will have to pull it and check. That is the only way to know.

I installed my CAI filter after letting it dry for 24 hours so I go out to a private road to test launch with new drag radials and now when I floor it I get engine power reduction. Did not over oil filter, I have VTC controller and bo white ported tb. This is the first time I've had these issues. Any ideas?

Before installing an oiled filter you need to blot it with paper towels until you stop getting oil on the towel. You need to get it scanned and see what codes were thrown.

Went to get a new filter today and now I have no issues, thx for the advice k&n oil effects our maf sensors badly the filters themselves are awesome but i guess an alternative cleaning oil will be needed due to the sensitivity on our maf sensors.
Thx for the help guys hope this can help someone in the future!

The issue with K&N isn't their oil but that they oil them excessively. You just have to mop their mess up with paper towels before you install them.

Do the 2015s have the weak MAF still as well? I am getting ready to head out to check mine. Since it bogs a little at WOT at start up after putting my CAI in last night. It actually cut off last night. Not sure if it is that or the computer still learning as that was just a couple minutes after installing it.

Actually, hoping it is the MAF as that would explain things. If so it is fine to drive until it is replaced correct? Just have to be careful about not WOT'ing it?

I believe they are still using both. It is fine to drive it.
