just an idea, Spring Mountain Motor Resort and Country Club in Pahrump. there's no drag racing, but the road course is amazing.
http://www.springmountainmotorsports.com/ they have condo's at the facility and plan on getting a hotel up in the near future.

+1 for Englishtown NJ. Its still a heck of a drive for me but alot closer than Indy. I'd love to make a Fest one of these years!!! Isn't there a complex in Maryland that has a dragstrip and roadcourse?
