Perhaps we should just assume that they won't be sending them to all of us.

2013 #1260 here, nothing yet, but it doesn't really bother me, it's just a piece of paper with our VIN on it.

If it comes someday, that's good, if it doesn't, that's OK to. I'm gonna enjoy the HECK outta this beast no matter what.!

...who do I have to contact to get mine? In the strict sense of importance it's not a big deal, but what one deserves to get is an honest issue. My dealer's manager spoke to the customer service rep who said 8-10 weeks after delivery, I got mine in April, and my dealer said the one who did the customer feedback survey is the one who gets the cert which was me. Still nothing? This is getting to be a a big bunch of BS and red tape over a relativily small issue. Is there anyone who is someone can comment and contact me? If GM can't get something so small and insignificant right as this, then, well.....

"customer feedback survey" I wasn't asked to do one. Does that mean there isn't one for me? I took delivery on April 10.

...well, I will be my Jersey self and bring up a topic of past big business over the consumers issue. When the Gulf Ranger offshore oil platform caught on fire and subsequently sank to the bottom of the Gulf Of Mexico causing an enviornmental catastrophy to Louisianna and the Gulf Coast, the CEO of BP in an interview shorlty after the tragedy referred to the victims as "little people"...... Understanding we can not compare our plight to that circumstance or bigger concern...but big business at times fails to remember who keeps them IN business.
