Sorry that good magazine was killed. It offered us a lot of good information and exposure to some great manufacturers without all of the fluff one had to wade through in some of the other print. At least we still have these forums. Thanks, guys.

It is sad to see print media slowly dying off. That is the price of progress I suppose.

Us older folks miss print media ,but the kids are used to it ( digital). I for one hate the GM performance digital Mag as opposed to the print mag .

The days of skimming the car magazines at the grocery store while mom/wife are shopping are coming to an end.

A cold air intake is any intake that draws air from outside the engine bay which is pretty much everything these days. Including stock. But yes, drawing cold air is better.

If I may add to that, there are many "Cold Air Intakes" that don't take much action to actually supply the coolest air possible, we do a few additional things here to help with that. We start by sealing off the CAI from the heat of the engine bay, applying an insulation inside of our airbox, and thermal coating the inside of the intake tube all to reduce heat soak and keep that cooler ambient air as cool as possible

Yes, to install the scoop and washer tank you do have to remove the plastic fender liner. It is not hard, it is only held in place by a few screws and plastic pins.
