Will do. I will grab a bag of these for myself also

Kyle at this point we really don't pay much attention on weather things fit anymore. We've gotten to the point were we can call this "Project Nothing Fits", LOL. Most everything we've done has to get massage! Actual;ly it probably would be kinda cool if it didn't fit. Having two carbon plenums sticking out of the hood.........hmmmmm

Kinda like the Rings Stang. We need Doc to Photoshop a couple of these pocking through the hood of a 5th Gen.

The problem is lighting; that's why I recommend getting this into a professional studio that specializes in vehicle photography where they'll have the right lighting to really make all this stand out.

Here's a tweaked version of your pic:

RJ, I will check in with you over the weekend. We have been swamped with work, school, etc....... Took a U-haul today to the dealer to pick up all the parts we are going to be reproducing in carbon.

Worked on the second harness that feeds all the accessories today. The yellow tape is to mark where ever there is a connector and so that we can note how long the new wires are going to be.

Here you can see the pig tail of the completely new harness. It's running through the frame and into the interior so that you wont see it. This is the same harness that connects into your firewall by the brake booster.

Here you can see how we are routing it through the frame

Name: 2.jpg

This is the pig tail for the speed sensor. It comes out of a hole in the sub structure. From factory these would be the wires that go through the shock tower into the wheel well.

Size: 53.3 KB

Notice how the harness comes out of the top hole by the headlight and branches out to three different connectors.

Size: 103.2 KB

It then bridges to the passenger side and runs up into the frame again and finally to the speed sensor on the wheel well.

Back shot of the headlights.

Note: We streamlined the harness by removing....
  • The connector for the wiper
  • The connector for the washer motor
  • The connector for the two air bag sensors
  • The connector for the hood latch
  • The connector for the AC
  • The connector for the brake reservoir
There might be one more but I can't remember. A few of these we will use a resistor to fake out the BCM.

We have to give a HUGE thanks and shoot out to Eric from EJ Wire Works who has been doing all the wiring. He is definitely a God send!

I have a great idea!! How about a clear plexiglas body so all this incredible work can be seen? Just imagine what a hit a car like that would be at an auto show!

They are engine and PS. Tom over at Derale advised us on the size of the coolers. We thought the engine cooler might be a little small. He showed us other coolers that we much bigger but less efficient then these. He felt we would be good. We will keep an eye on the temps at the track in case we need to make some changes

Trans and diff are mounted in the rear.
