Fixed inoperable door button for trunk lid release that stopped working over a year ago. No relay action or anything. Remote worked fine. Asked dealer about it, they just said it would cost $150 just to get to the button mechanism. I said no thanks, I can live with it, thinking I can do it myself. Now a year or so later, I finally got around to trying to fix it, decided to attempt to remove door panel, removed 3 screws and said ’screw’ it .. too much trouble. I then remembered I had some Detox, so I pressed the button down and sprayed Detox into it. Pressed it 2-3 more times and it started working like it was supposed to. It was most likely gummed up or a bit rusty. Detox may be better than wd-40 as wd-40 attracts dust and dirt (from what I’ve read). Took me long enough to fix it.

Finally got all the harnesses right for all the lights and wired in the halos to the ignition fuse. So far so good!

After unsuccessfully trying to mount a bellypan under the engine, decided to make best of the rest of the day and try to fix my "custom" borderline electrical fire hazard NPP system that stopped working few weeks ago, poked around with a voltage detector and turns out it was just a loose splice connector. Can finally get on the freeway without feeling like a jerk again.

Installed the Auto-Blip. Works pretty good. Wiring wasn't so much fun.

Did a few drivetrain mods this weekend.
Monster Clutch twin disc.
MGW shifter.
Tick adjustable master cylinder.
New OEM slave cylinder with a monster.
Insulated braided line from master to slave cylinder.
36” bleeder line.
