My '85, you need a special tool to access those bolts down inside the steering column. Sadly the tool is usually Chinese junk and stripped darn near immediately. I got it most of the way put back together, just enough to get it to the local garage two blocks away and he happens to be a Chevy guy at heart. Actually walked and and handed him the keys and the steering wheel!

Started the process of fitting the ls7 fuel rail covers out of a z28 on my L99, I'm about 80% of the way there, need to order some bits and bobs then make a few cuts, hoping to get it figured out within the next week or two.
