hey, what a "sexist" question...
 LOL...i am the wife and will be the PRIMARY driver of our Camaro...my husband joined this site a few months ago and i decided to join this past week so i could offer you guys a "female" perspective about the car...LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!!!!...can't wait to actually GET IT and DRIVE IT!!!...we bought a '95 C4 'Vette 2 yrs ago for BOTH of us to drive...i love sport cars...i bought myself a '76 Firebird when my husband and i were just dating...hated getting rid of it, but the kids came along and the last few cars before the 'Vette were more "family friendly", however i refused to ever own a "Mom van"...once we got the 'Vette, i told my husband that the next car we got, i wanted to pick it out...he chose all the cars after we married and we finally had to sell my beloved Firebird...well, i was all set to think of getting the new Mustang or Corvette, but he had been reading about and following the progression of the Camaro from "Concept Car" at the '06 Auto Show and once i saw and read everything about the 2010Camaro, i was SOLD...ordered it on 1/2/09, it was built on 5/1and invoiced to dealer on 5/8, sooooooo, i'm hoping to get my "baby" any day now, and let me tell all you guys, i hope when you do get your cars, that your wives or girlfriends or both, LOL...will love it as much as you all do...if not, i feel sorry for you, cuz my husband and i bought this car as an anniversary gift to each other and we are taking a "second honeymoon" when we pick it up and will be driving it forever, i hope...

Last Camaro was a 1985 IROC Z(third Camaro) in 1990 then my daughter was born, had a son soon after, family transportation for a long time was just transportation, daughter is off to college this fall, got an order on for my 1SS. Looking forward to having a great fun car for me and the entire family, wife hasnt given me too much $hit about it!

The Wife is VERY ok with the Camaro!
My husband is buying me this car for my birthday
, which happens to be Monday! and my car is in Transit  woohoooI picked out everything, except he demanded we get the V8 (Men  )...Yay for me cuz that means everything I wanted was standard.  Ok I went with the Auto, to his dispair but a girl needs a hand free for her phone right? He has his '09 3500 HD Duramax Dooley AND a '09 Victory Kingpin Only bad part...I drove the new truck home from the dealer, so he "thinks" he is driving my car home....hmmm we'll see Does he get annoyed with all the Camaro talk?  Sometimes, more so when I make him drive me an hour to go look at a sold order that was delivered or a showroom car LOL   Great thread, it's funny to read everyones point of views Avol...I think we were seperated at birth  lol...Step daughter is a senior and wants me to drive her to graduation, son is in 8th grade and thinks he is going to use my car for  driver's training! Hubby has the truck and bike.

Well I did what any man would do the first time I went to the dealer and bought the 02SS 35th.Annv.without saying a word when she came home that evening I said we have to get over to the dealer to pick up my camaro and she said your joking and I said no not joking,so she wasn't all that happy but I said you'll get over it she was certainly
 but like the RHCP's say it's better to regret something you did than something you didn't do,but this time I'm taking a different approach,I'm taking her down one round at a time instead of a knockout in the first round,besides I'm 6yrs older than her and men have shorter lives so I should enjoy as much as possible
