Hello all,

This is my first post on Camaro5. I discovered the forum last weekend and read through a bunch of the threads. I found that this is the place to go for info on the new 2010!

I live in Schertz (off of 3009, like Legend), so I decided to check out Biff's last nite. I hopped my '02 Z28 (mine was the Monterrey Maroon Metallic) and headed out there. I was pleased to find 4 or 5 2010s already parked when I arrived. All were 2 SS. I saw 2 Black--one with and one without GFX, 1 IOM w/GFX, and 1 ABM (wicked color at dusk, BTW!). A little later, right when the ABM was leaving, a brand new CGM showed up and parked in its place. He had just picked up the car before coming out and only had 50 miles on it!

Well, I met and talked to some of the owners and fans (seem like a great bunch). I stuck around from about 8:15 PM until about 11:15 PM, talking and looking at all the cars. At around 10:00 PM (I think), after most of the 2010's had departed, two more showed up within a few minutes of each other...again, both were 2 SS. One was A VR and the other a Tom Henry Racing CGM with custom stripes, and custom blue bowtie and SS badging (nice!). So I stuck around and talked to them for a bit.

This was fun everybody...my Red Jewel is on order and I can't wait to bring her out to Biff's! I'm sure I'll be out on Friday's to ogle all the 2010s, green with envy, until mine rolls in!

Nice meeting new people last night...Sorry had to leave at 9PM, as i wanted to hang out and talk but promised the daughter if she came we wold leave no latter than 9PM.. Reallly wanted to check out the CGM that took over my parking space but it was perfect timing for the switch off. Its time for a cruze for all to go and meet up and enjoy each others company once we stop..Or is it still to hot and we need to wait for cooler temps...I continue to enjoy meeting all the nice people...

Glad to see others last night. The wife I can not wait to receive our new camaro. Now just can not decide on the color. Really loved the ABM last night, although we ordered black with orange stripes like our 96Z-28 just seems to be too many black camaros. I never thought color would matter so much, but they all look good, but still want some individuality. Oh well it has not been pulled yet, so we still can decide. Maybe IBM with white stripes, or even white with orange stripe shall see.

I'm up for the group pic, as well as planning on making it to Biff's next weekend. I picked mine up yesterday but have to take it back on Wednesday to get the stripes installed.

It was good seeing you all out there once again and meeting a few new people.

Hope you guys that were out there liked your stickers! I'll try to make it out next Friday and drop off a few more to those I missed last week.

Darn - I missed the stickers!! My wife and I left about 9:30. Had a good time. WE NEED A MUCH BIGGER PRESENCE ON FRIDAY NIGHTS!! We were overrun with Mustangs.

Yeah it was good to see everyone out there. Im glad I was able to take car out there that I had just picked up on friday. It was great to meet some new people as well. Cant wait for the group picture whenever we can schedule it.

Hey guys,

I just got back in town yesterday from S.A. and had a great time...always do when I am there. Made it out to Biff's for the car meet and man was I impressed by all the cars out there! I met a couple of Cam5 family out there that were really cool people....Cam Skooter,Koolwhip,Aqua Blue,Lionel1234 just to name a few....Thanks guys for inviting me out...even though I didn't meet Legend and Tags it was awesome to meet people with alot of love for there Camaros. I took picks and will get those up when I get a minute. With the more meets you guys put together the more it spreads...Thanks again guys for an awesome time and maybe at some point we might be able to meet half way in between Dallas-S.A. and have a huge meet....that would be nice Anyway thanks again for the hospitality and show some love to officers Jacobs and Plano of Live Oak for keeping the meets good and honest. Looking forward to meeting you guys again soon. Cams 4 life!
