Hey 2 1/2 hours driving time each way, that means he spent some serious quality time at the Lingy shop. Now if we could just reach through this screen and shake him awake I'll bet we could talk him into posting those pics.
I try screaming HEY WINDY WAKE UP!

I cant wait to hear about the shop.

So Windy City, How's your car coming? I know mine hasn't started yet.. it will soon.

Are they getting close on yours? Is there a S/C on top yet? I suppose the engine is back in by now. How complete? is it progressing nicely? LPE have a date on yours yet?

Hey I just noticed they changed the name on the thread. Much more fitting, now we all have a home. Ryan took off on vacation last week so no updates on my build til Monday.
Now where is Windy?

I must be bored, I was just wtching the French auto auction a 1937 superchared Bugatti sold for 4 million USD. The original price was 14k. So figuring in inflation a superchared LPE 2010 Camaro ought to fetch around 5 billion in 80 years.

If Windy has been getting lucky all this time there has to be a lot of little blue pills involved. Remember longer than four hours and you 're supposed to seek immediate medical attention!

The burgers there aren't too bad. And they had to do a cow "drive" off the track with a four wheeler and a truck. The drag strip is surrounded by pastures, so I am sure it jumped the fence and the guard rail somehow. At least no one hit it. No pictures, as my mother-in-law borrowed our camera for vacation.

On another note - I "accidentally" spun the tires leaving the track and got pulled over by a cop sitting in the ditch with his 4x4. I told him there must have been water on the road but he didn't believe me. I guess I will donate to the local drag strip town this one time...

SORRY GUYS! Been a busy couple of days. Taking time off work sucks cause ya gotta work twice as hard the next day, even when that day is Saturday!
Speed, you always make me laugh, even though you ain't trying! A friggen cow on the track! You oughta come up here to the big city some time, we have telephones, and taking picture boxes, and indoor plumbing!
I am editing the pics now and I will get them up right away. FYI, I have a video of my beast the first time it came to life, pics of LOTS of Camaros, pics of 24's pull including a photo of the dyno screen, and some really cool news!
I'll start workin now and get the posts up post haste!

And here we have a Black 2010 Lingenfelter Performance Engineering Camaro that also hails from Texas. You can see this evening she is wearing a fine evening gown designed Gloria Roadbugati!

Also one may notice she has shed quite a few pounds (motor) as the gap between tire and fender reveals!
