Well anyways I should have put what the parts were I included it in the post above, so if anyone is looking for these parts I will have 2 sets next week. it hasn't been a good day sold my old engine cover and under estimated the shipping by 10 dollars so I ate that today too. I am on a roll that is for sure.

hey guys thanks!!! this worked like a charm! i ordered my parts from my local dealer using the part number provided by techsupport in the first post. they arrived exactly 6 days later and i installed it today in about 30 minutes. start to finish

haven't had bcm programmed at dealer yet but figured that should be just as smooth.

thanks again for posting this! I wanted the 2SS without the leather and it looks like i am one more step closer after having already installed the console gauges a few months ago.

I still have a spare set of harness and switch if anyone is interested I am just trying to get my money back since gmpartsdirect did not cancel my order like I requested.

I'm waitin on my switch now should be here today and thanx again to Darth for the harness !!! Quick question Darth if I don't unhook the airbag do I still need to undo the battery??

Yes, I wouldn't want to take any chance of your airbags deploying. From what I hear, when your airbag goes off it's like getting punched in the face. It's also pretty expensive to replace that stuff. The only way to ensure that doesn't happen is to undo the battery. Better safe than sorry.

And you're welcome for the harness. I still have a handful left. If anybody is interested in one just PM me. I have an auto one already made up. Most likely, people are wanting to get an OEM one when they order the switch. If they run out again just hit me up.

the gmpartsdirect set of these is not coming because I wouldn't take their request for money. Damn thing behind it is I never got the request but they finally just let it go which worked out great for me cause now I only have one set coming. So I am happy but will never use gmpartsdirect again
