Your missing the point SICK with V1.............. It's not a trailor queen, alot of money put into V1 and I will autocross , drag strip, race, Fireball Run it, etc..................... Not trying to brake records for the class it would be in ....

Well then you should save some of those sets of rims. Your going to need different tires for Drag, Autocross, Racing, Fireball run's, ect....... If you have that much $$$ in the car why not have the right tires for the right events? I thought the military was all about having the right tools for the job?

I'll admit you have a nice set-up on your bad a$$ C5, and your intentions are for the Need 4 Speed, my are a combo of brains & brawl

Its not tuned yet, but it is waking up!!

So what is EFI doing for AutoBot? Besides a CAM

Well the smart thing to do would be to have the right tires on the car. But if your smart brain says that tires are not that important then you must be right.

They are doing 4.11 gears, Doug Thorley catback, trailing arms, differential bearings, catch can, hose reloction, melling oil pump, motion single roller timing set. I havent totally decided yet but if I stay here in Italy and make a few more bucks, I may put on some Nos or get the Havoc black chrome wheels and some sway bars.

Remember, I drive a lot of miles because of my commute. I would hate to buy 3 sets of tires a year. Believe me, I thought about it. Also think I would get axles before tires. I need to beef up the powertrain if have sticky tires/
