Here is my Tuesday "Here's your sign story" ( I have to post it early today cuz I'm not going to be home tonight. )

An administration guy at the college where I work went to get into his car after he had worked late into the evening one day. Car wouldn't even turn over. Don't know if he left the lights on or what. So, he called his wife and asked her to come to jump start him. She came in her car instead of his old beater that had the jumper cables in it. So he thinks, "Well I can have her push me till the car starts. Since it's an automatic he tells her she has to get him up to 35 miles an hour. They both get in their cars and she starts to make a wide circle in the parking lot. He keeps waiting for a little bump when the two cars make connection. It seemed to be taking too long. He looks over his shoulder to see where she is and there she is right behind him. She's doing 35 miles an hour! $2000 damage per car!

I think they both deserve a sign, don't you?
Yes they do, Lightning!

Good morning crew. Well we survived the storms here with no damage for us as far as I can tell. It is still not daylight. per news though a convenience store was distroyed & possibly some damage to the courthouse (about 3 mi from me). One person died in the Bordeau area of Nashville (I drive through there) and lots of damage & power outages all around the area. I slept in this morning skipping my morning workout. That kid I had to restrain for about an hour yesterday gave me enough of a workout anyway. After last night, sleep was more important. The drive in could be interesting & challenging. I hope no more deaths or serious injuries will be found once it is daylight. I'm glad it was not that bad at my house. I better try to get on the road a bit early. HAGD all.

Restraining a kid for an HOUR?? That had to be exhausting! I hope your day is better today...

I actually had a great day yesterday. My boss came and took me to lunch along with the CEO and head nurse of the clinic my pharmacy is in. It was pretty nice to have my ego stroked for an hour So often, bosses are quick to tell you what you do wrong, but slow to praise. I'm VERY thankful that my boss (and the entire company I work for, actually) is not that way - he knows how to recognize a job well done. Makes it worth busting my ass every day!

Happy hump day!!!!

Looks like he needs a shot of Caffeine.

They fixed that problem with the 787: Smoke drives the bees away.

It was a lot of soggy fun and I got to put my splash guards to use (although I got 'em because I liked the look), Back at the hotel when evey one else was wiping dirty water off their lower fenders behind the wheel wells, those of use sporting splash guards were smiling ear-to-ear. They're functional!

Those guards will really save your gills from stone chips. I ordered them before my Camaro was delivered and installed them during the first week I had it. My gills have no chips almost 2 years later. I am very happy with them.
