you need more volume and more time between sets. at least 1 minute between sets and you need to do more exercises with reps in the 8-12 range for all your exercises

yea. you have to rest a between sets.. and I think that 8-12 its a good number for you to start..

Bodybuilding.com has good articles, workouts, and supplement reviews. Don't know if you've ever checked it out but I've found it helpful.

Good luck op
Here is a few pics from the past year and half. Weight is between 208-240. I currently getting read for a power lifting comp so I'm cleanish bulking now and am about 230 with a 36.5 inch waist in the last pic. I keep full stats but won't bore you. I'll continue this for about a month until I do my comp then I'll start cutting for summer. End weight will be about 210 with a 35 inch waist and shrink about an inch upper and lower body This is last year.
