Fact that he got to 118 is a good sign for his car too.

How where you doing thous runs with traction and stability on or off. How much psi where you running in the rears? Did you run through the water or did you go around it? Because as much as I know my SS could run a much faster time with some better tires the stock one did ok at putting the power down. I was at the track a few days ago and my best time was a 12.9 @ 110 my 60' was 2.0 not bad for stock tires and that it was a really hot and humid day. Being that mine is a l99 and you have a ls3 with drag radials on the way you should be running mid to low 12's.

I ran 12.10 @ 113 mph.
But to do it I had to pull 1.77 sec 60' times.

To do that in a stock Camaro SS (with drag radials) would be extremely hard to say the least. Also, with faster 60' times, your trap speed drops.

What an LS3 M6 would need is lighter and smaller wheels with drag radials. That combined with excellent driving could get it down in the low to mid 12s.

Very nice.
Yes, with long tubes, intake, and drag radials you have a solid chance of getting down in the low 12s with good driving.

Just get that 60' time down, and you're there.

Looking forward to seeing you get those times.

I was running 12.6 @ 112 last year, stock rubber with nothing but headers. 12.0 @ 120 is insane... if your running 120 in the 1/4 you better be in the mid 11s at lest, or have stock tires and bad spin! My olds trapped 113 and ran 11.5s, I was trapping 120 I would have been in the 10s!
