Its easy to do. once you have the coolant back in, start the car and unscrew the filler cap on the radiator to allow the air to escape.

I did mine as well.
The funny thing is the 5/8 nipple on the firewall goes to the 3/4 nipple on the water pump. And the 3/4 nipple on the firewall goes to the 5/8 on the water pump. I wonder why GM did that Folks need to be sure to get it the rite way.Use the correct diameter hose at the firewall and spread the 5/8 hose over the 3/4 nipple at the water pump.Less chance damaging the heater core that way. I wonder how many people have going to the same size nipple both ways and if it would make a difference? The water control valve could be impacted with the flow of water going the wrong direction?

I can't really see in the pics well. Where are you guys relocating them too? It looks like you're relocating them by the exhaust manifolds which would be a very bad idea. Can someone chime in or show some better pics?

They are protected by the heat shield,Run split conduit over the hoses to protect from chaffing. It's tight, but fit perfectly.

Nope...no where near the exhaust. There are some openings in the bracket holing the ABS module. You use that to go through.

Nicely done. I wish I had gone this route instead of AFX hose kit. Although a nice OE look, the hose kit is in the way as far as accessing spark plugs and header bolts.

The plastic checkvalve looking things in the original hoses are just connectors.
