My 2010 service manual doesn’t show that as code. First step is confirm that the service manual for your year has that code or run a check with a different scanner. There have been a few issues with some code readers showing the wrong or false codes. Until you find a good reading on that code, you are shooting in the dark. All you know is maybe something is not communicating properly. This needs a very skilled diagnostic mechanic. An oscilloscope could be used to try and determine what is misfiring to cause that code. Until you can confirm the u code, I would concentrate on the misfire code.
