Brand new diff bushings last year when I swapped in the 1 LE diff. In fact it has the Delrin center bushing. I always do a good check over before any track day with a nut and bolt check but I didnt see anything wrong.

Ran into similar issue on my 2010 SS. AAM 3.70 gears, BMR diff, subframe bushings, DSS prepared road course stock axles, BMR trailing arms, toe links and trailing arms bushing in hub. My problem was torn passenger side outer boot but no grease came out as I caught it right away. This happened twice. Rear was at 25 3/4" height from bottom lip of wheel to center of wheel arch. So, getting car ready for hopefully 1 or 2 track days this fall I've installed Hendrix poly offset diff bushings and GForce Renegade axles as well as raised the rear ride height measurement to 665mm or 26 1/4". Time will tell if this solves the issue, though an expensive solution.

CV Failing
I have raced the Gen 5 2014 1LE for 4 years www.msportsracing.com, and have solved the problem that you describe at high speed tracks like Road America and Daytona where the problem occurs in 30 minutes on a extremely lowered car.

Sorry we use special boots and vent them to get the heat out which is key.

Exactly what DSS stated about their road race upgraded OEM axles. I as well as others have found otherwise. Minimizing the suspension drop, offset diff bushings and higher quality axles/CV joints is the long haul cure.

Guys you know dss and Hendrix’s are scammers in every way please I can’t tell you how many I know with under a hundred miles on them failed usually at speeds above 130 mph is their problem. Amazing I switched from 1400 hp dss to g force and no more problems.

I've always wondered about the offset diff bushings. How much of the improvement comes from the offset and how much is from them being stiffer and minimizing overall diff movement?

In my mind the offset diff bushings #1 purpose is to reduce the axle angle, especially on lowered cars. I've raised my car to 660mm front and 665mm rear measured from bottom lip of wheel to highest point of rear wheel arch. Along with the offset diff bushings the axle shaft axles angles are almost what they were stock when the car measured ~ 680mm and 685mm. Yet to do a track weekend yet, hopefully this spring. FYI, had a set of DSS prepped stock axles with their boots, "special" grease and vent tubes for the boots. Could not keep passenger side boots from tearing. This was before raising the car up 1/2" and installing offset diff bushings.
