Have two 5th gens and a GMC Sierra and keep considering cashing out as should be able to get a few thousand over what I gave for em.

I bought mine new in 2012 and it's just now hit 70k miles. If I could get around with a BMX and a bus pass I could rake in some cash...and if I didn't mind living in a tent I could do even better. The housing market here is absolutely crazy. My wife and I got stopped while walking in the neighborhood by someone asking if any houses were for sale. I seriously think your house could be on fire, fully involved, and someone would offer $15k over asking...

Wow! But not for anything, I've never considered the Camaro as an inexpensive car to buy new.
