I use Wix and get them from Rock Auto.com. I usually get 6 or so at a time as they have the best price by far, at least in my research.

Wix seems like a popular choice here, I can get them when I order my oil, Amsoil sells wix as well.

I got a six-pack of UPF48R's I picked up a while back for $20, so I use those. They're arguably the best ACDelco filter out there in their line. But I wouldn't have an issue using Wix or Mobil 1 filter on anything I drive. Whichever ones would be the cheapest. Knock on wood, I've never had an oil related issue on any of the LS-engined Camaros using good quality oil and filters.
That said, gazillions of Camaros and other Chevy cars and trucks get regular old ACDelco filters at the dealerships when they get their oil changed. And they all came from the factory with an ACDelco filter. If you're stock, regular maintenance including following proper OCI should be good regardless of which quality filter you use, even the ACDelco filter. NEVER will use a Fram again. Never will recommend them, either.

Pretty much any filter do be fine if you change it and the oil regularly and on schedule. That being said, I still use only AC Delco.

Not if you go to Bobstheoilguy.com. They show the differences of how oil filters are made and that some brands are made way better than others and how some of the cheaper filters can collapse internally.

Not saying you're incorrect on this topic, because it's true- cheap-quality filters (I didn't say inexpensive because even a few "good" filters are less costly than pricier "bad" filters) shouldn't be used if you want to avoid a ticking time bomb. I do enjoy the educational value of the pictures of cut up oil filters and experiences with oil and oil-related products. Gives you tangible food for thought. But just because someone says (fill in brand here) oil filter is the best, doesn't mean it always is. Also, here's another factor hardly anyone thinks about- your AIR FILTER. You engine can ingest dirty air and contaminate your oil even running the best of the best oil filters. So if you want to go to the trouble of figuring out which oil filter to buy, make sure you use a quality air filter as well. As I said, I've used Wix, ACDelco, Mobil 1, and even K&N (very well made filter, by the way, but expensive) filters for years without issue. Now, I just use ACDelco in the GM cars and Motorcraft filter on the Ford. And NEVER had an oil-related issue doing regular maintenance with those filters. Mine are stock, and will remain stock. If you road race or track your car, different story perhaps. And it can always be debated which is best and worst depending on how you want to weight the testing results, but it still comes back to performing regular maintenance and oil change intervals with using good-quality oil and filter. What's the cost of peace of mind?

I ordered a ACDelco UPF48R off of Amazon and it came as a Blue filter and a Blue box with Some sort of Chinese writing on it, I then ordered off of E Bay and I got the same thing. In the past I always had gotten a Black Filter with Gold label and the box was similar. Anyone familiar with the change?

I'm trying the ACDelco PF63E as they have more filtering capacity (media area) and the higher bypass pressure (PF38/PF48E has one that 15psi and the PF64/PF64E has the 22psi). The higher pressure is to keep more unfiltered oil from being dumped back into the engine. FWIW. Is the larger filter better? I'm taking a guess it is. I don't think an engine will grenade regardless of that filter you're using.
