The car is a 2010. I have had it for 3.5 years or so. I have looked at the battery in the past. There has not bin water there until recently. How recently I don't know? I did not look at the Battery in the last few months. I do have a aftermarket rear spoiler. Seals were placed on each of the studs/holes - that's not where its leaking from. Its bin on there for over 2 years - again this leak is recent. There is no 3rd Light in my spoiler - its inside the read glass.

I just got back from collision repair shop I deal with and trust. We looked at it together. He was also thinking seam sealer. His advise was this. Remove the bumper. Clean all seals, anything that shows cracking is suspect. Ger some soapy water. Spray water on outside of seal and blow air from inside of panels where I was seeing the leaks. He said he has used this method for years to find leaks. He said it will bubble up right away of there is a leak. He also suggested some clear seam sealer in the cracks to seal the leaks. If I try to dig it out he said that will lead to paint work and a much bigger Job. SO - next week when I have a few days I will remove the rear bumper and try to find these leaks.

I will keep you guys posted. Thanks for all the Input. I was hoping someone else might have delt with the same issue. Seems like Sunroofs are the main culprit when this happens but that dose not apply to my situation.

Figured I would post these pics as a fallow up. All the leaks are coming from the seam sealer which is hard and begun to crack. I cleaned all the areas and sealed over the original sealer/cracks with some Wurth Euroseal Gel Clear seam sealer https://shop.wurth.ca/vehicle-repair...0-ML/892.0104/

These pics are where it seemed to be leaking the worst - bubbles from air blowing from inside.

Water in trunk

Mine is a 2013 2SS and had the exact same issue on both sides. Left side has been fixed 2 years ago, right side has been fixed today

Is this under the tail light cover?

I had a 2011 2LT/RS and had the same problem when purchase new. However I had a sunroof in the 2011. If you look on the roof of your Camaro, you will see two strips painted or unpainted. They are on top of the roof on each side by the door windows. Under the strips on my 2011 had hoses/tubing. My problem occurred here in which the water did not enter the tubes, rather ran along side the tubes on the body of the car under the strips and worked its way into the trunk. The service technician then had to replace the hoses under the roof strips with new tubing then reseal everything.

But strange thing is my 2010 has a sunroof and no tubing under the roof strips. So not sure how much help I may be unless the tubes ran somewhere else.
