Thanks chevyracingfan. Turns out I have this info also on an email.

After looking at the schedule on the New England Dragway site there isn't any room for test & tune. They don't even have it listed. Therefore I will not be attending on either day.

I saw that to they executed this terribly so far bad publicity and little to no advertisement outside of radio.
