Pictures of the donor car.. Yes, yes the car is tore up bad but anything we need that won't be good on this car will be bought used from members.. Such as the suspension parts I need. Everything underneath of a SS will be swapped to the v6. Such as all suspension, drivetrain, engine, transmission, electronics, exhaust... Etc.

Inside picture.. Transmission has dropped some so that's why the stick is down in it!

There, I said it. Please don't upbadge your car into something it's not nor ever will be. It's insulting to the hobby. That's my personal opinion and it may not mean squat to you, but it's offputting to me. I quickly lose respect for those that do.

If you're going to mod and hot-rod, do it with integrity. Besides, a wolf in sheep's clothing is far more sinister on the street. They'll expect one thing and get another.
Yeah, not calling you out or anything, but if he wants to badge his LT/LS as an SS, that's on him. Cheers.

That's a stupid statement!

Anyone who is going to spend this much modding a V6 with a V8 engine deserves to badge it however he or she choices.

Me personally, I'd leave the V6 badging on so I can scare the crap out of V8 cars once this is done. lol

Haters gonna hate. He sure as hell has the right to call it an SS if he is doing the full swap. More props to him for attempting to build an SS from scratch!

It looks like a V8, will eventually have a V8, so technically it is a V8......the only way you will be able to tell is the VIN which is a number that has nothing to do with this build. Can't wait to see how this turns out! And OP don't let people like this ruin the fun you will have with this project!!!

I'm just interested in a very detailed thread. I think a lot of other people are curious of the hang-ups/cost/end result/etc. I can't remember a LS3/L99 into LT/LS thread since I got on these forums. Hmm, BRB google.
