I agree with everyone else, salvage should be for parts only....repair would be too costly, save and purchase a used 1. That would be your best option...

Since you do not indicate that you want to part out the car and are looking to put the car back on the road I would stay away. IN fact there was a thread here from a member in Virginia that was trying to get a salvage title and was getting the run around. I would check with your state about a salvage title if that's what you really want to do!

They want way too much for them considering they are salvage. Even though I have a 2012 1LT I was looking around at possibly buying an SS on Craigslist and seen a 2010 2SS with 40k miles on it for $22,995 from a private seller and thought that was a touch on the high side. I did look up book on it and that was just about full retail. I wouldn't pay over $8k for any of them. I was looking at salvage Corvette's and found a 2007 for the same price a couple of those are asking and about as much damage, I would buy that before a salvage Camaro. I wouldn't waste time at those prices, JMO.

I would only buy a salvage camaro if it was an SS or ZL1 to upgrade my LS2, wouldn't buy to repair.

the fourth one appears if any hope to be the one that sustained the least damage, and the third the one closest to a second choice, and the purple one most likely a pain to redo.......

Go for it.. Just no flood or frame damage.. check DMV requirements to put back on the road.. Id rather have a salvaged V8 than a new V6.. but these are high mileage cars.. or V6s.. Look for better deals.. These are not priced to fix..

There are no good deals all 4 of them are a rip, and priced to high already.

I can't offer any real advice, but one thing to consider is if it has been driven in the north, rust/future rust will be worse; however, if you yourself live in the north then it doesn't really matter.
In my unknowledgeable opinion, the white one is the only one that seems like it has a reasonable price. The first one is WAY to high with that many miles.

I will second this. I have rebuilt quite a few but dont do it any more with the intention of making a profit. Just not worth the hassle. I am rebuilding a Chevy SSR for myself and a 09 Mercedes CLK 550 convertible for my wife. But I am making most of the parts I need.
Buying a salvage title thats already been rebuilt is the best way to save money. Just make sure you check it out thoroughly, alignment first of all and then fit finish etc |

Without reading any details of the car at all, if you plan on keeping it forever and it makes financial sense and the car is not beyond repair, maybe. If you ever plan on selling the car, forget it, selling a car with a salvage title is not easy and you will not get paid very well for it imo. Good luck.
