Well, I have done the Conti. extremes, the Pirellis, bfgs and now the general gmax rs. Imo the General g max is by far the best for the money. They hook better than the the Pirellis and bfgs and are definitely cheaper.

I bought some nitto nt555rii for the weekends and track. I just couldn't justify any of the other tires anymore as a daily tire for the money. If I wanted more traction a drag radial was needed. Took the extra money and bought some rear wheels and the nittos. General gmax rs is all I will buy now for a daily driven summer tire. I even got a better 60ft with them over the over rated Pirellis. Only tire that got a better 60ft at the track was the Nitto drag radials.

My vote is for DWS06’s. I love mine. Great all around tire. Quiet. Hooks good in the summer and safe on a wet or cold (20 deg) road too.
