I can take it. I just don't like negative - unhelpful people. If you stay silent they win.

We don't actually know that to be the case just yet. Considering the car isn't even out yet, that is awfully presumptuous. Yes, it's running on a modified version of the S550 chassis but, that doesn't mean it'll handle poorly. While the Alpha chassis was indeed superior to the S550, the underpinnings have surely seen some improvements for the S650 variation. I liken it to the Fox to SN95 differences.

The made the GT 500 a good track car. Hopefully they use that as the base for the Dark Horse.
I am thinking of adding a Dark Horse to my stable. bad pun intended

Black Shiny Chrome, Matte Grey front facia and a bubble roof for the mustang.......blah Interior has ugly computer screens that belong in a tesla. Only thing ford did right over Chevy was get the black exhaust tips right from the factory and used all LED bulbs |

They also did right by putting themselves in the position of being the lone remaining V8 powered performance vehicle in the price range with no competition in the not too distant future.

Honestly I really like the looks of the new Mustang. I also applaud Ford for keeping the V8 around and having separate ICE/EV options. I don't want an EV now or anytime soon. Been a GM fan since forever but it's really hard to justify anything they have going forward. The C8 is fantastic. The ZR2..I mean who is it appealing to? Yeah it's the biggest and baddest in the GM trucks but it still is no Raptor or TRX. If they'd have put a supercharged V8 in the ZR2 I'd have gotten a 3rd or 4th job til I could've had enough to get that thing. As it stands I'll just wait til the Raptor R isn't 200K.

$60k Dark Horse is now competing with $65k C8. C8 ADM is declining and local dealer will order me one for 5% over msrp. Should be interesting to see how ADM plays out with the Mustang, but truth is I'd pay significantly more for a C8.
Also Ford is a decade behind on the blacked-out look. IMO the car is both derivative of the Camaro and the blacked-out theme already looks old. New Mustang is a disappointment imo.

I think the Mustang exterior is a nince improvement. The interior just ok, the screens should be integrated into the dash rather than just resting on the dash.

The infotainment tablet in the interior is a big ugh.
But seriously, hate the look of "slap a few iPad's together as our dashboard" look. Not just on the Mustang, but so many new cars. Would look so much better if properly integrated into the dash. |

Yes the 2024 Mustang does look similar to a 6gen Camaro especially in the rear of the car and the wheel arches, rounded and slightly flared.
