I think the chin spoiler should come stock on the SS... that thing makes the car look like a BEAST!

That is a real nice paint job, awesome if offered aftermarket at least some of what makes the camaro look like that, body kit

In the Hot Rod magazine article I think they said it was Penske blue (like the old Sunoco car). I think IBM is darker, but don't quote me on that, I'm sure some other people here know better.

You're correct. That is not IBM. That color will not be offered as one of the Original Ten Colors unfortunately.
