Love that blue color!

I let someone else buy it and then buy it used in 2 years for 50k.

Great looking car though.

That is the adjustable wicker bill for downforce when racing.

Beautiful blue looks awesome on that car but insane price!! Plus dindnt they devalue the car by repainting it? A bit darker but reminds me of my brothers 2010 Corvette in Jetstream Blue Metallic Tintcoat.

my first de-mod on this would be taking off that hideous 'By Berger' logo off the trunk lid... Never understood dealers having to "mark" their cars up.....

If "properly" repainted, that's a damn good price. It's NOT cheap to do a professional color change on a car. Hell, a proper re-spray in the same color can be upwards of $10k on a car this size to do it properly and with flawless results.

When I say properly, that means removing all the trim, removing the doors, pulling the engine, bumpers, fenders, rockers, glass, etc.

Berger's been doing that for years. They take the car COMPLETELY apart and do an excellent job on repainting to a new color. Better than factory, really. Will it hurt the value? Not sure. Considering Berger is renowned for dealer Camaro performance packages since pretty much Day 1.

Agreed on all counts except price, cost the dealer less than $1k in materials plus some bored body and paint people donating time. Dealer is either a genus for scamming the ill-informed (attempting) or an idiot for taking a special order without a non-refundable down payment from a potential buyer that walked away.

I have to agree. My local dealer has a red one in the showroom that stickers for $74.8 and they just dropped it by 8K to $66.8. That is a lot of cash for a garage queen.

LoL ...... the asking price is probably why it's still sitting on the dealer lot, no doubt ..... cool color though .....
