My first two mods were intake and headers no cats. The headers really changed the car in a good way. Great sound with factory mufflers. Do headers and see how you like the sound before spending on a catback.

So I am going to order the TB and send it to get it ported through the link below. Please let me know if you would get a different one. Is there any other mods that you would recommend that are necessary?

I have no ported parts on my car. Ported TB doesn't add hp or torque, so why waste the money? Also, they have been known to cause idle issues.

Hp increase depends on your mods, but it definitely helps with throttle response especially on a stock or near stock car. Some hand ported TB's may cause issues if they're over ported, but I've had 2 different VMAX ported TB's without issues.

You can also re-tune the throttle mapping to get rid of the "dead-pedal" at the first part of the pedal travel. Makes a lot of difference.

So is my link that I attached fine to buy and send to Vmax to port?

Like I stated, I have the rotofab cai coming in the mail with a catch can and will shortly get the ported TB on there. I see everyone mention an isolator to change out. Is this something I could do myself as I can’t find any videos on this or should a shop do this? Also, any other quick mods you would recommend?

I did mine myself. The isolator is a pretty simple job imo, but I do my own installs and tuning. Quick note: With the CAI and ported TB you should get it tuned as well.

If you are going to do a CAI and TB, get headers (long tube) at the same time and only tune once.

I planned on getting it tuned. Would it be okay to drive for a bit without a tune though.

Ok will do. Probably looks long tube. Also should I do some sort of pulley?

Do you know if any instructions out there because I couldn’t find anything?
